Remote Monitoring Service Fee
When Control Unit is first bound and used with the GenOnCall® APP, the system will automatically provide a 60 days free trial period for connection. After the free trial period, users can pay annual fee by log-in Member Center to continuous remote monitoring service, user should receive a payment notification through push notification on GenOnCall® APP seven days prior to the expiration of the current connection period.

USD 260 per unit for one year

GCU-4K(NCC)、 GCU-5K、 BTB Type ATS、 KCU-30、 KCU-40、 KCU-40A。
Terms of Use
- The initial connection offers a 60 day free trial period. If there are remaining free days when user paying annual service fee, the system will extend from the end of the free trial period.
- If the annual service fee is not paid after the 60 day free trial period, then the system will automatically disconnected after expiration date.
- Users should make the annual service fee before the expiration date if remote monitoring connection is needed. The GenOnCall® APP will send payment notifications via push notification seven days prior to the expiration date.
- If the device is disconnected, it will automatically resume connection immediately upon completing the payment online.

► Log in with your member account/password ► Click Service Payment ► Click or fill in the serial number ► Click Payment Plan ► Click Read and agree to terms of service ► Click SUBMIT ► Select Country ► Click Confirm Payment ► Link to the third-party payment platform ► Select the payment method ► Complete the online payment operation
